Updated: Mar 27

Kids are such powerful Creators.

Like us, they have come from the Energy of Source for the purpose of creating the lives they choose to live. And they still have a very open connection to that powerful Love.

It's the reason they are mostly so joyful. They let go of things easily, they are always looking for interesting and fun things to focus upon, and they love wholeheartedly. Kiddos have a natural curiosity about the world, and an eagerness to dive into Life with both feet. They have a lot to teach us about how to come home to our natural happiness.

Most little ones have a natural affinity for crystals. They are intuitively drawn to them. If you've ever seen kids in a crystal shop, you may have enjoyed their enthusiasm and excitement about gemstones. It's always so fun to watch them carefully select the crystals that they are guided to in the moment.

While I always suggest that both adults and children listen to their intuition when it comes to selecting crystals, there are a few gems that are particularly helpful for kiddos.

Today, I'm sharing my top 3 crystal recommendations for little ones.

A sparkly amethyst crystal that is catching the light.

Amethyst

Amethyst is such a wonderful crystal for kids. It carries a very gentle, soothing energy. When placed in a bedroom, it fills the room up with the energy of peace and comfort. Amethyst is lovely to connect with the angelic realm, and it brings a feeling of calm to babies and kids.

Amethyst is one of the crystals that most people are drawn to when they first begin working with gemstones. It balances the emotions, and it helps bring a sense of Well-Being into the energy field. It's wonderful to help your little one feel more guided and supported by their Source and angels. It's also lovely to help them continue to follow their intuitive guidance, and nurture their feelings of Well-Being.

Rose Quartz

Rose Quartz is the quintessential crystal of Love. It surrounds kids with a very Loving, comforting energy. It's like getting a big bear hug, whenever you need one.

Rose Quartz helps little ones feel more at ease, and supports them as they move into new and unfamiliar situations. It's a wonderful crystal to nurture their heart, express their emotions comfortably, and align with the Loving Energy of their Source and angelic helpers.

A Rose Quartz placed in a nursery or bedroom, or tucked into your little one's pocket can offer a sense of peace and reassurance. It brings Love into a space, and reminds your kids that their Source is always present, helping and guiding them.

An oval angelite crystal that is catching the light.

Angelite

Angelite is a beautiful crystal to connect deeply with one's Source and angels. It carries a soft, uplifting vibration. It's wonderful for kids to feel more open, relaxed, and supported by their angels.

Angelite is a lovely crystal to help kids follow their intuitive promptings with more ease. It helps them feel more confident in the gentle guidance that is coming forth from within. Angelite brings a sense of calm to the energy field, and is wonderful for soothing any physical issues that your child may have.

Placed in the bedroom, or in a homework area, Angelite offers a steady energy of comfort and Well-Being. You can also tuck a smooth palm stone under your little one's pillow for a good night's sleep.

I hope this list inspires you to include some new crystals in your child's life. Follow your little one's lead; let them tell you which crystals feel best to them. It's nice to have a small collection for them, and let them choose which one(s) they feel most guided to each day.

Remember to cleanse your crystals regularly (at least weekly; daily is best, if you can) with sage, incense, palo santo, or sound healing. That will keep your crystals bright and happy, and will help them do the best work for you and your little ones.
