Crystals continue to fascinate and amaze me with their healing benefits. Whenever I come across a gem that resonates with me, I make it my mission to learn as much as possible about its properties so I can understand how to better work with it in my personal and business life.
I know if you are reading this blog, you are probably just as interested in learning how crystals can help you in your daily life! So, I thought it might be a nice idea to start a new Crystal Of The Month series, where we can dive more deeply into the healing benefits of crystals!
For the first Crystal Of The Month, I wanted to start with one of my absolute favourites - Rose Quartz!
Rose Quartz is one of those crystals that anyone can benefit from. Its soft, loving, gentle energy supports those who work with it on so many levels. I always have a large Rose Quartz palm stone for my Reiki clients to hold for their entire session, as I find it helps them to be more open and receptive to Reiki, and calms any anxieties or fears they have. This crystal is a wonderful ally to have in your bedroom, office or home, to invite that energy of pure, unconditional Love into your space.
