5 Simple Ways To Raise Your Vibration

Taking care of your energy is so important. Everything in your life has a direct relationship to the way you feel. Your experiences, relationships, creativity and the opportunities that flow to you are all influenced by your vibration.
Your vibration is best understood through your emotional state of being. The better you feel, the higher your vibrational frequency. The worse you feel, the lower your frequency.
It's natural to have low moments, and it's perfectly alright. It's part of the process of life. During these times, the best thing you can do is take gentle steps to help yourself feel better.
When your energy is clear, replenished and aligned, life feels softer. Decisions feel easier. Your body relaxes and healing can happen. You feel supported. You move through your day with intention. Your intuitive abilities are more on point. You are more in harmony with who you truly are.
Shifting your vibration into a more aligned state is an important thing to continually take care of. Here are five simple ways to raise your vibration:
Listen To Uplifting Music
One of the easiest ways to elevate your frequency is to listen to music that uplifts you. When you choose music that feels expansive and heart opening, you allow yourself to gently let go of what doesn't feel good, and step into a more aligned state of being.
It's nice to have a playlist on hand that feels soothing, uplifting, or even makes you want to dance. You can explore arists like Jason Mraz, Jack Johnson, Train, or more devotional ones like Snatam Kaur or Deva Premal and Miten.
Take some time out in your day to listen to music that feels good. If it feels natural, move your body - sway gently, stretch, or dance in your kitchen. Movement is healing - it feels wonderful and it helps energy flow freely through your body.

Meditate
Meditation is a powerful practice. It helps you align with your Source, your angels - with your true Self.
While I always recommend a daily morning meditation practice, sitting for meditation during the day is another wonderful way to reset your energy. You can do a breathing meditation, a round of mantra meditation with your mala beads, or listen to a guided meditation that you love.
10-2o minutes of meditation whenever you need it will calm your mind and body and bring clarity to your thoughts. It's a surefire way to shift your energy.
Spend Time In Nature
Nature holds a stable, coherent, aligned frequency. When we step into it, our energy naturally begins to calibrate to that positive energy.
Take a quiet walk among the trees. If it's warm, place your bare feet on the Earth. Sit beside a body of water. Watch the sunset and the moonrise. Breathe in the fresh air. Notice the colours, textures, and sounds around you.
Whether you're wandering through the forest, sitting by the ocean, or simply stepping into your backyard, Nature can help you come back into harmony with yourself.

Rest With Your Crystals
Crystals are wonderful healing tools. They hold ancient frequencies that gently support your own energetic alignment.
When you need a little reset, let a crystal be your companion. Choose one intuitively; maybe a calming Amethyst, a heart-opening Rose Quartz, or a grounding Smoky Quartz. Lie down in a quiet space and place the crystal over your heart, your solar plexus, or simply hold it in your hand.

10-20 minutes of conscious rest with your crystals is a beautiful way to recalibrate your energy.
Get Creative
Creative expression is one of the most underrated ways to raise your vibration.
When you knit, paint, journal, dance, arrange flowers, tend to a garden, make music, sing, or cook a meal, you enter a relaxed, flow state. Your mind quiets. Your heart opens. Your energy moves.
Creative projects help you open up to your Source Energy - the same Divine Life Force that moves through Reiki, through Nature, through all living things. When we allow this Energy to flow freely - that's when we feel better, healing happens, and we come into alignment with our desires.

Raising your vibration is simply about coming into harmony with who you truly are. Your natural state of being is to be happy, and that's what these practices are all about - finding your happiness, one step at a time.
It's important to remember that you don't need to be in a state of pure joy all the time. Your emotions naturally fluctuate - that's part of life. Choosing practices that raise your frequency is all about helping yourself feel a little better from where you currently are standing.
Take care of your energy the way you would tend to a sacred space - with love and kindness. Surround yourself with tools that support your intention to feel good. The right crystal, a piece of jewellery with meaning, or a space aligned through Feng Shui can become daily reminders of your commitment to living in harmony.
