I'm so happy to be offering new Reiki For Kids and Reiki For Teens classes at Wymbin in Calgary! Wymbin is a gorgeous kids and youth yoga studio located under Junction 9 Yoga + Pilates, in Inglewood. Many of you know that Junction 9 stocks my jewellery. Last year when Wymbin opened their doors, I was at J9 restocking some pieces, and one of the girls suggested I pop down and have a look at the new space! I eagerly went downstairs and had a long and lovely chat with the owner, Jenna, who was kind enough to give me a tour of her studio. I remember loving the space so much and thinking that I would love to do something there someday. Well, the Universe organized it all so beautifully! Within a few short weeks of reconnecting with Jenna, we scheduled a Reiki For Kids class that sold out within a day! We've scheduled a second Kids class and two Teens classes that you can learn more about below! I'm so thrilled for this next phase in Earth Elements' evolution and hope to see some of your littles + teens in class! There is limited space in each workshop, so be sure to sign up early!
REIKI FOR KIDS
Reiki is a natural, hands-on energy healing technique that brings balance and harmony to the entire being. In Reiki For Kids, your little one will learn how to use this gentle healing modality to manage their feelings, heal themselves and others, and connect with their heart! Reiki is a wonderful tool for children to support their well-being, and teaches them how to find their centre no matter what may be going on around them. We will be learning about Reiki through guided meditation, colouring, and movement. Your child will receive their Level 1 attunement, which will open them up to the healing energy of Reiki. This workshop is ideal for kids ages 5-9. Each child will receive a crystal, colouring manual, and a Level 1 Reiki certificate! In Reiki For Teens, your teen will explore how to use this healing modality to manage emotions, heal themselves and others, and find confidence as they navigate new experiences. Reiki is a wonderful tool for teens to support their well-being, and teaches them how to find their centre no matter what may be going on around them. We will be learning about Reiki through guided meditation, art, journaling, and movement. Your teen will receive their Level 1 attunement, which will open them up to the healing energy of Reiki.
This workshop is ideal for ages 10-16. Each teen will receive a crystal, an angel card, Reiki manual, and a Level 1 Reiki certificate! Please bring a journal for this workshop!
